Description - Inspired by the Old Town’s Spirit, the Tustin Arcade provides mixed-use spaces with a variety of retail spaces, boutique hotels with rooftop fitness & lap swimming pools as well as a rooftop bar. Overall the Tustin Arcade has the perfect harmony where old meets new with just the right balance of mixture of hospitality & commerce
Advanced Research & Development Lab
Project Type - Commercial Exterior Refurbishment.
Location - Irvine, CA
Role - Principal Architect at Glidewell Laboratories
Area - 28,137 SQ FT
Description - Renovation and Refurbishment of the exterior facade of the Research & Development Center for the Glidewell Laboratories. Integrating a new perforated metal skin facade by integrating some of the landscape areas as part of the facade sign elements providing a cohesive design public experience as well.
Bodhi Nirvana Bistro
Project Type - Interior Design Tenant Improvement.

Description - Interior Design for the Asian Fusion Restaurant. Inspire by the Eastern influence with the Bodhi Tree as the central focus of the design. Patrons first are welcomed into the dark green and lush forest interior, and as they walk into the center of the restaurant, they will find the Bodhi Tree light post illuminating the main floor space. The bar is illuminated with the glowing mediating Budha statue complementing the Bodhi Nirvana Bistro atmosphere.
Newport Beach Solarium

Description - The new solarium is an addition to the existing house that connects the two wings of the house and becomes the center indoor/outdoor space. The fresh air circulation is accommodated with the cupola in the middle of the structural frame that has the operable louvers. The design took into account the sound system, ease of access for the glass cleaning & maintenance, as well as any watering solutions for any landscape plants inside the solarium.
Wine Cellar Basement

Description - The wine cellar basement is an entertainment center with an integrated bar, theater, and dance floor area for the basement as part of the wine showcasing room as well. Inspired by Eastern & Middle Eastern influence, the basement is a combination of red, gold & black giving a dark, glamorous, and opulent atmosphere.

Description - This IT Department office project is a tenant improvement project that occupies the entire floor plate of the Dupont Center fourth floor. The design is inspired by the department's futuristic technology vision encompassing an open concept office floor plan, conference rooms, multipurpose meeting spaces, and plenty of collaboration spaces.
Wonder Mall
Project Type - Mixed Use New Construction

Role - Project Architect at Amphibian Arc
Area - 631,096 SQ METER
Description - Mixed-use podium project in Shijiazhuang. Inspired by the City’s Vibrant development as the center of the fashion industry, Wonder Mall incorporated the fashion sensibilities by integrating the louvers that wrap around the building facade. The four-story of podium provides the retail space and at the top of the podium are the three towers for apartment, hotel & office. There are also two levels of the basement where the food court and cinemas.
