Small, elegant, minimalist are just a few words to summarize this bathroom renovation. From selecting the finishes to plumbing & fixtures, this bathroom renovation has one goal: to achieve a clean, minimalist look with a touch of elegance.
Our existing bathroom before the renovation did not have the best use of space layout. Originally it had a door connecting to the master bathroom, and therefore lost that space area for the door access. The design process started with eliminating that door to fit in the new bathtub with a separate shower area next to it.
For the new design, the white mosaic tiles are selected as the wall finish as it bounces off the light throughout the space hence making the space feels bigger. The non-flat surface created by the mosaic tiles giving the impression that space though white and plain, is rich with pattern. Each of the mosaic tile joints is aligned perfectly from top to bottom and from side to side and meticulously laid out to align with any opening.
